We are looking for Business Development Representative (Hybrid) to join the growing Demand Generation team at one of Atlantas Top Places to Work, awarded by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Position Summary:

As a Business Development Representative (Hybrid), your job is to turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will represent the Profisee brand by being the first point of contact with potential customers and you will be responsible for the nurture, development, and qualification of all inbound and outbound leads in the US and EMEA. To support you in exceeding your quota, you will be trained, coached, developed, and given the opportunity to work with a stack of sales prospecting technology such as LinkedIn Navigator, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Salesforce, Gong, and more. This role plays a meaningful and impactful role in the company as you are at the tip of the spear for helping the company achieve its sales pipeline and revenue goals.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for a high-energy, motivated, and organized career-focused sales professional who is looking to get into technology and or enterprise software sales. You will gain exposure to all aspects of an enterprise sales cycle by learning from seasoned enterprise sales reps on how to qualify enterprise leads, manage enterprise sales cycles, and how to successfully drive enterprise deals from lead to opportunity.

The Business Development Representative will report to the Senior Demand Generation Manager and work out of Profisees headquarters in Alpharetta, GA on a hybrid basis. Our teams typically come into the office 2-3 days a week!

Requirements

Objectives: What You Will Accomplish

After 30 days, you will have invested in gaining foundational knowledge about Profisee, what we do, and our processes by:

  • Completing courses in our Profisee Academy to gain a baseline understanding of our software platform.
  • Being coached on how to give your best Profisee Pitch for outbound lead generation.
  • Shadowing our Business Development Representative team to understand inbound and outbound processes and best practices.
  • Achieve Profisee Certification on our pitch.

After 60 days, you will:

  • Demonstrated ability to execute inbound lead qualification and outbound lead generation processes and begin to take inbound and outbound calls within your territory.
  • Demonstrate an ability to use Salesforce to support inbound and outbound qualifications, processes, and campaigns.
  • Begin to develop and strengthen tight relationships with Account Executives to maintain recurring cadences and align priorities.
  • Grow your ability to use sales technology (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, and Chili Piper) to support inbound and outbound lead generation.

In 90+ days, you will:

  • Be able to demonstrate a higher level of proficiency and confidence in delivering various inbound sales pitches.
  • Achieve and exceed your quota for inbound and outbound sales-qualified leads.
  • Grow into executing outbound campaigns at scale to prospects from top-of-funnel activity and partner-sourced leads.

Success in this position means:

  • Achiever Pattern: You thrive on hitting and exceeding goals, and in this case, your sales-qualified lead quota every month by nurturing, developing, and qualifying inbound/outbound leads through emails, phone calls, social media, and/or chat.
  • Marketing Master: You have initial experiences in and/ or the desire to learn how to optimize your sales qualification efforts through marketing and sales technology (LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Salesforce, Chili Piper)
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration: You effectively communicate Profisees value proposition to prospective customers and collaborate within the Profisee Sales and Marketing team to build meaningful and productive relationships with them.
  • Check Your Boxes: You adhere to the sales process, and operationally track your efforts to stay compliant with sales and marketing service level agreements.
  • Coachable: Coaching and constructive feedback will be a regular part of what helps you be successful in this role and long-term as a sales professional. Being coachable and having a growth mindset is critical.
