Role Description
This is a part-time remote 1099 position for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, and communication to help expand our client base. The representative will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and build relationships with them through phone calls, email, and social media communication.
Compensation Details
The BDR pay plan is 100% commission based upon sales Commissions are paid on a recurring basis, while the client is active There is NO - CAP to your earnings potential (see example below) Example- 5 Clients on-boarded per month @ $1,000 plan = $5,000 revenue x 30% commission = $1,500 per month.. Plus these clients will stay an average of 6-12 months, so those clients would earn you $9 - $18k per year Doing this monthly would result in $110 - $195k annual earnings potential.
Qualifications
Strong inside sales and lead generation skills Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal Proven record in sales and business development Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in business Experience in digital marketing is a plus Comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation
