Hello, Business Development Representatives!


My name is Benjamin and I am the CEO at Golden Web - our agency specializes in scaling Shopify brands through organic traffic and SEO. Our approach is focused on quick wins that we can leverage to quickly generate SEO results for our clients and deliver a high ROI. We primarily work with large and established Shopify brands but also support eCom stores built on WooCommerce.

We are looking to hire a motivated, Business Development Representative who is very charismatic and at the same time has very good existing SEO knowledge. We need a subject matter expert who can identify our clients technical SEO issues and propose the best solution for them. This candidate must also be proactive in building relationships, conduct outreach to generate new sales at the same time close sales at a higher rate.

This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements

We are looking for a Business Development Representative specifically with these requirements:


  • Confident and excellent communication skills
  • Has at least 3+ years of experience in sales or Business Development role
  • Has at least 3+ years of SEO experience
  • Has at least 3+ years of experience working in an SEO - focused Agency
  • Has at least 2+ years of Ecommerce or Shopify experience
  • Has experience creating and executing SEO strategies for clients
  • Has experience with managing sales funnels, leads, and client prospects
  • Has experience with growing revenues and hitting sales targets

Nice to Have:

  • Setting experience via Direct Messages


Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Doing sales calls w/ all leads
  • Coordinating with the operations team to set up new clients for success
  • Following up using automation & phone call if no reply after 3 email follow-ups
  • Facebook/Linkedin outreach to everyone who liked the post, commented, and viewed the story
  • Working with a lead gen coach - to target 5-10 big fish, and follow-up for months until they close
  • Creating and improving existing sales resources.

We're looking for someone who gets the job done and delivers on time. Ideally, you are self-directed, self-motivated, and dont need someone to look over your shoulder or hold your hand. You have the ability to motivate yourself and be part of a motivated team in a positive way to get the results.
