You will be the go-to person for all matters relating to the project's organization and timeline and will have the drive to create an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable growth in the market. Business Development Specialist do not need any specific professional experience, however, a highly motivated attitude and challenging mind are required. Also, a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis is preferred. They should be excellent communicators and comfortable managing multiple tasks, as well as team players and problem-solvers for both customers and supply partners. Responsibilities - Commit to business plans and strategies to promote the achievement of objectives with members of the field Sales and Supply Chain Management teams, and to maximize the efficiency of all business procedures.
- Find out the way to achieve the milestone of the project and get things done.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements Basic Requirements - Excellent customer-facing, internal communication and servant leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a range of people
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills and data analysis skills
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
Preferred Requirements - Proven work experience as in the manufacturing or a relevant sector
- Proven work experience as a business development specialist, sales executive or a similar role
