Our client is looking Business Governance Analyst for Long term project in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) below is the detailed requirements.

Job Title : Business Governance Analyst

Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Duration : Long term

Job description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 9+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Must have 5+ years of work experience as a governance/compliance analyst.
  • You should responsible for conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements gathering, updating standards/procedures/SOP, documenting processes, evaluate compliance and perform governance functions.
  • Governance and Compliance skills including creating policies, evaluating compliance, developing data governance, etc.
  • Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral; Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language.
  • NIST Cybersecurity framework (CSF), NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) are a plus.
  • Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas.
  • Work with teams to support disposition of open vulnerabilities, assist with documenting non-compliance with requirements via exceptions and issues management processes.
  • Create and maintain governance documents for new processes; assist in updating changes to existing governance documents.
  • Perform review of governance requirements, including documentation, to ensure applicable requirements (including Regulatory) are met.
  • Facilitate information requests and related reporting activities across various stakeholders.
  • Participate in stakeholder engagements, document requirements, resolutions, and control guidelines.
  • Assist teams in monitoring information and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis.
  • Participate in process design meetings, document processes into formalized procedures and job aids.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand business processes and how they align to internal policy, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with team members to assess progress of deliverables.
