Job Description / Experience / Qualification Desired :

MBA From Premium Institute Background is required.

-8-12 Year of relevant experience, preferably with sales and marketing of high value Health and Fitness Products / Electronics and Consumer Durables / Office Automation Products and Systems.

-The main objective of the role is to liaison with existing business units to consistently deliver sales target.

-The role directly reports to the Director/CEO of the company and will be involved in key strategic decisions for the brand including global expansion, domestic revenue streams, and overall business strategy.

-The role entails constant coordination and representation in the Indian as well as overseas markets.

We are looking for a hands-on person who is willing to look beyond a customary desk.

Key Result Areas ( KRA) -

Directly oversee existing business units across

Execute (along with team) sales/revenue streams

Act in an advisory capacity to parallel revenue streams

Build and Maintain sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Maintain sales team job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Excellent Salary Package would be offered to the right candidate.

Age Desired Between 30 to 35 Years.

Result oriented Female Professionals having relevant Sales, Marketing and Business Development experience can be considered in exceptional cases.
