Noble Street Advisors, LLC provides real estate organizations with the guidance, resources, and technology needed for institutional quality reporting. Noble Street Advisors, LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking Business Intelligence Analyst III to develop sustainable business solution for updating and maintaining database attributes, statistics and other segmented data fields.

Job duties include:

While working with directors, act as a change agent in developing automated financial reporting packages utilizing business intelligent tools to enhance job efficiencies.

Assist in client ERP implementations and other external project initiatives.

Develop business intelligence tools, ad-hoc modeling and system-generated reports based on understanding relatively complex real estate accounting structures (e.g., L.P., LLC, REIT, consolidations, eliminations, equity accounting, inter-company and intra-company transactions, etc.).

Support company-wide monthly internal and external monthly close reporting processes.

Develop, create and implement dashboard presentations utilizing business intelligence tools.

Independently complete additional ad-hoc reporting and responsibilities as assigned.

This position does not supervise other personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or any IT related field, plus six (6) months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation(s) in which the experience was gained.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency and knowledge with the following:

1. Develop, analyze and automate production of financial datasets.
2. SQL
3. Yardi and Power Query
4. Microsoft Power BI
5. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
6. Real estate industry accounting and financial reporting experience

No Travel; No Telecommuting.
