What you will be doing:

• Understand the segmentation of physicians' offices and pharmacies and map any overlaps between them and the patient population they serve.
• Understand the Client's departmental objectives and design the activities required to introduce the product into the field.
• Assist with configuration and setup for rollouts to physician offices.
• Develop a segmentation model of various roles and dynamics within physician offices.
• Develop a list of key success metrics for optimizing the scale and speed of the product's use in the field.
• Develop a list of pre-release tests, trials, and validations to identify key measurements and activities necessary to scale the outcome of the release.
• Incorporate all the above into a model for understanding how to roll out the product and supporting activities, given three pre-production windows of 6 weeks each.
• Work with Lextech Project and Client Departmental Leadership, under the guidance of Sr Client Partner
• Work with the internal User Experience team to understand the solution effectiveness and provide feedback to optimize utilization.

Skills and Competencies/Education:

• Minimum 7+ years of working as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with leading a coordinated rollout of software to retail locations.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Self-starter who can work independently as well as in team environment.
• Understanding of mobile, consumer-facing software
• Understanding of software utilization and optimization
• Prefer pharmacy or pharmaceutical field operations experience.
