Responsibilities: Responsible for inputting and locating participant information in member management system. May contact participants for scheduling and enrollment information. Utilize Policy and Procedures for locating participant demographics when participants have been identified as unable to locate or no response. Verify participant eligibility and diagnosis verifications. Input direct referral participant information to member management system. Contact participants for initial assessment to identify program intervention level. Contact participants for scheduling of Baseline calls and Home Visits Assist Clinicalnbsp; Inbound call center taking a high volume of calls from Medi-cal members. Assist with changing doctors. Assist with requests of new id card, address changes. Checking status of prior authorizations, must be able to de-escalate, file grievances for members. Shift: Training hours are 8am-4:30pm M-F. Saturdays will be required TBD BASED OFF BUSINESS NEEDS. Training is approximately 5 weeks. After training, they will be assigned their shifts. The call center operates 24/7, so the workers must be available on weekends and to work any shift assigned.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of customer service experience. Call Center exp- 6 months to 1 year High speed internet Quiet workspace at home to take calls GOOD ATTENDANCE Bilingual Spanish preferred Must pass knowledge check(s) during training- 3 attempts.
