$17.80 - $28.48 Hourly $37,029 - $59,246 Annually This position is a Pay Band 55 THIS POSTING WILL BE USED FOR ONGOING RECRUITMENT AND MAY CLOSE AT ANY TIME. APPLICANT LISTS MAY BE SCREENED MORE THAN ONCE. To provide specialized support and customer service in the highly automated environment in our Albuquerque Short Term Leasing office of the State Centralized Fleet Authority Bureau of the Transportation Services Division. This position will process walk-up and on-line reservations, perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles, ensure vehicles are ready for dispatch; verifying driver license's and defensive driving certificates; pre-audit of vendor invoices; and key entry of each invoice into vehicle database; audit and screen user agency vehicle maintenance, mileage and physical condition of each vehicle; conduct vehicle inspections throughout the state; assuring assigned user agency takes care of repair and maintenance of vehicles, monthly mileage reporting, audit assigned user department fuel data for unauthorized usage and expenses. - Experience with Program and Data management.
- Experience dealing with customers
High School diploma or Equivalency and two (2) years of experience in office administration, budgeting, purchasing, finance, accounting, auditing, cash management and/or contract management. These combinations of education and experience qualify you for the position: 1 High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 2 years of experience 2 Associate's degree or higher (Bachelor's, Master's) AND 0 years of experience - Education and years of experience must be related to the purpose of the position.

Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification as a condition of continued employment.
