GOTRAX is continuously manufacturing inventive products and expand its reach to provide a Greener solution to personal transportation.

Golabs Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Specialist with a strong background in data visualization tools, and SQL database to manage high volume operating data, increase the operation efficiency and improve the process of the information circulation between operations and the other departments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities.
•Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations. Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.
• Evaluate information to determine management and/or customers solutions for operational and business objectives. Accountable for all timelines and project plans from data gathering through implementation. Develop and implement department-wide quality control measures.
• Collect information such as financial or operational data from numerous sources in various formats and translate it into a standard format in order to identify trends or improve the cost of operations.
• Design and/or create reports/summaries, reporting tools, and database requirements to help operational effectiveness and decision making.
• Analyze production, implementation and/or manufacturing expenses/processes to determine most cost-effective solutions. Identify root cause cost drivers for the current state and develop sourcing recommendations to achieve savings.
• Analyze internal or supplier information to ensure data is correctly defined in order to ensure accuracy of analysis.
• Provide recommendations for improvement and create documentation that relates to the analysis of the data.
• In order to support the operational success of the business, this role develops metrics, tools and processes for large complex projects or large customers.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business related fields required.
