This full-time contract hybrid role in Springfield, MA is responsible for day-to-day travel and expense functions across a company, including customer service, daily expense report audits, trending, analysis, and reporting.
Other duties include:
Review requests for exceptions to standards and administrative operational procedures and decides appropriate action.
Handles daily problem resolution, trending, and process improvements.
Consults with team and management to determine and evaluate situations to identify action required and makes recommendations.
- Customer Service manages daily tickets from customers with questions and inquiries.
- Management of travel and expense card applications, card issues and monthly past due process.
