Submittal Limit: per supplier 2

Max Preferred Supplier Bill Rate: 47/hr

Local Candidates Only: Currently all resources are working a 3x2 schedule (Ideally in office 3 days of the week sometime between Mon - Thurs)

Top 4 Required Skills
1) Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on
multiple small projects simultaneously.
2) Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making, effective analytic and
computer skills
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for Data Analysis
4) Ideally 3+ Experience with configuration of Learning Systems or systems like Share Point. If no LMS, some type of System's Admin
What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
1) Experience in LMS content publishing standards, tools and technologies, e.g. SCORM, AICC, xAPI, HTML5, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate

2) Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
High Level Role Overview:
Oversees and updates LMS/Learning to support policy and process changes. Edits, publishes, uploads, sets up and assigns training for the Services Company
Provides production support for SuccessFactors Learning, including but not limited to, researching, and resolving any content publishing, uploading or delivery issues, unexpected results, or process flaws
Serves as a 'super user' and administrator of HR LMS/Learning system
Provides functional and technical support for the administration, configuration, and
maintenance of SuccessFactors (SF) Learning module
Partners with internal customers (of various levels of Management) on HR LMS/Learning
functionality and builds consensus among team and stakeholders
Develops, documents, and communicates best practices to systems power users, including
those for content development, publishing and uploading

Preferred Years of Experience:
3+ years experience as a System Administrator
Schedule: Monday Friday, will be occasional overtime
Education: No specific requirement
