Business Process Expert Quality Management and Plant Maintenance



Role Overview

Our BPE community plays a pivotal role to secure we all follow lean, standard processes to serve our customers with speed and excellence.


Responsibilities




Distinguish standard vs. unique business requirements for all business processes in Plant maint and Quality management area, minimizing differentiation;
Keep up to date with industry standard and benchmarks and implement process best practices to the organization;
Deliver a harmonized global process design and ensure successful execution of process design across work streams;
Manage a process end-to-end and continuously improve it.
Deliver impactful results on process improvement throughout work streams and within the vision and objectives of the process.
Good understanding of Quality Management and Plant Maintenance processes in SAP
Ability to support data conversion activities related to Quality Management and Plant Maintenance to support Philips deployments.
Ensure alignment and execution of these projects within functional domains; Coordinate cross-sector process standardization and simplification.


Requirements


Typically requires a Bachelors degree with > 5 years of related experience;
Advancing Philips process architecture on the basis of learning from the businesses
Background in business; Ability to put best practices and Philips standards in context (both internally and vs. external benchmarks).
Conceptual thinking and analytics.
Ability to design supporting processes for the target
vision.
Experience in leading process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Hoshin or 6-sigma).
