Join our team as a Business Process Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launches of several entertainment ecommerce initiatives. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll manage end-to-end processes, user cohorts, and offer eligibility to enhance the customer experience.

Location: New York City (onsite Mon-Thur)

This contract job is expected to pay about $35-40/hour W2 plus benefits

What You Will Do:


  • Collaborate with Commerce Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches of streaming service commerce initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end processes of commerce messaging and offer eligibility.
  • Lead validation efforts for messaging sends in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Support global expansion efforts by collaborating with regional teams and supporting global remits.
  • Create and maintain user cohorts across the company’s entertainment platforms.
  • Configure specific cohorts of users to receive targeted messaging based on product requirements.
  • Manage complex matrices of offer eligibility in various user flows.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation as a source of truth for relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide operational support for launches of new territories or product features, occasionally outside regular business hours.

What Gets You The Job: 


  • 4-6 years of work experience, preferably in project management or operations.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite, particularly Google Slides, for creating professional visualizations.
  • Experience with project management software like Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable.
  • Ability to work internationally across time zones and regions, with a focus on global scalability.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable navigating a matrixed organization and global network of partners.
  • Previous experience in commerce or messaging-related roles is preferred but not required.
