The Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for leading OCM activities for the

FMS project. This position plays a key role in helping enterprise level technology

project and other change initiatives meet business objectives. This role focuses on

the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and

technology, job roles and organization structures. The certified Business Solutions

Analysts will work with CCLD, Project Management Office staff, System Integrator

and Data Conversion consultants to create and implement change management

practices that identify and mitigate people-related risks. The Business Solutions

Analysts will work to maximize stakeholders’ understanding of change initiatives,

increase engagement, buy-in and support. Expected results include faster adoption,

greater utilization of system tools and business processes, so that expected

business results are achieved to meet FMS project goals.



 



Mandatory Qualifications:

1.Experience and Education Requirement:

Experience: This classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of

experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3)

years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and

design.

Education: This classification requires the possession of a Bachelor’s

Degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required

education on a year-for-year basis.



2. Business Solutions Analysts must have current industry recognized or

Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification status and must

maintain certification for the duration of the project.



3. Minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last seven (7)

years: in user research, process design and process mapping

experience in large IT project (1,000+ users).



4. Minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last seven (7)

years: Implementing OCM and facilitated user acceptance testing with

multi-stakeholders for Information Technology (IT) system

implementation using industry recognized or Prosci®/ADKAR®

framework, in collaboration with government entities.



5. Minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last seven (7)

years: in business system analysis related to cloud base IT systems

using Agile project methodologies.



Desirable Qualifications:

6.Any previous experience in a statewide rollout for large IT project

(1000+ users) representing multiple stakeholders in dispersed

locations.

7. Any previous experience in licensing/regulatory/compliance systems for

state or local government.
