We employ over 600 dedicated employees focused on safety, environment, quality and production. This Lead Team position reports to the Operations Manager, responsible for the safe and reliable Pulp area operation of the Wood Yard, Recaust and Pulp Mill areas. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead all Business Unit activities in the Pulp area in an engaged manner that is favorable to all budget and availability expectations. Work closely with the other mill Business Unit personnel in achieving mill objectives. Responsible for the safety performance of all colleagues, contractors, suppliers and visitors in the Pulp, Recaust and Wood Yard areas.
