JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Explore the market, understand the prospective customer and their requirements.
  • Identify & communicate with key decision makers, arrange meetings with them, explain about the product, price, and services of Trident.
  • Manage existing customers.
  • Monitor competitors business, find out customer preference and market trends.
  • Generate new leads and handle existing leads. Making cold calls.
  • Travel required for sales meet so two-wheeler is mandatory.
  • Prepare with brochures, price list, PPT etc while going for meeting the customer.
  • Prepare weekly work report and submit to concerned manager is mandatory.
  • Be proactive in chasing on fresh leads generated and convert the leads to business through multiple follow ups.
  • If necessary, coordinate with presales/technical team regarding quotes or any product related doubts.
  • A frequent follow up must be there with customers related to delivery and installation.

TASK TO ACHIEVE

  • Increase revenue by achieving weekly/monthly target.
  • Reduce customer churn rate/Customer attrition.
  • Closure of more qualified leads.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

  • Good in communication and presentation skill.
  • Adaptability, Positive attitude, Proactive and decision making.
  • Deal professionally with people at any organizational level.
  • Excellent negotiation and convincing skill.
  • He should be a team player, efficient, dedicated, quick learner.
  • Should be capable enough to manage situation under stress/pressure.
