need someone 9-12 months who can help us with our day-to-day application management and support within the Business Support team. They must be well organized, autonomous, have excellent technical and business communication skills. They will need to have at least basic IT knowledge plus a history of good customer services skills.
Duties include:

• Develop and Perform SQL queries 7%
• Develop and Run SSRS reports 5%
• Read and develop complex excel spreadsheets 8%
• Troubleshoot application errors 30%
• Testing and implementation of software rollouts 15%
• Develop and maintain technical documents. 10%
• Perform system tasks; i.e. scheduling, import/export data, batch job completion verification, etc 25%
