We are looking for motivated Buyers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and material planning to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Primary responsibilities include: Source, negotiate, and purchase goods for AMAX, following established policies and procedures. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues impacting delivery, quality, or cost. Evaluate and compare supplier quotes and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and PMs, to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of offers. Manage inventory levels and ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed.Prepare and maintain purchasing reports and records. Ensure the information within is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date so as to drive insightful decisions Forecast material and/or process changes and provide solutions for potential impact on the products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high quality and timely delivery of goods.Requirements Are you looking to start a procurement career in the global IT industry? Able to understand and communicate in business-level Chinese. Proactive communicator. Willing to take the initiative and find solutions with the team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Good to have: Technology savvy. Demonstrate knowledge in software, hardware, servers, accelerated computing (CPU, GPU), data storage, or network. 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, material planning, or information technology.
