Implementation of Electronic Visit Verification system for Client of Massachusetts.

IDEAL BACKGROUND: Resource should be good in Manual as well as Automation testing. Healthcare Domain, Salesforce (basic knowledge) and MuleSoft (basic knowledge) will good to have.

TOP REQUIREMENTS: Must have 4+ Years of experience in all the below skills:
Analyze, develop, and implement efficient and effective Test Plans/Test Cases/Test Data for the new state specific requirements and enhancements for the application
Test execution for Online/Interfaces/Letters/Extensions/Reports and web services for the application
Implement QA methodologies, processes using automation tools to develop and execute the new software solutions
Design, development and implement automated tests in an ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) setting
Write and execute automated tests using Selenium/Java, Cucumber or similar tools

*** What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Experience in writing automation test cases.

*** Open to candidates that require sponsorship upon conversion.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)

Be involve in Business Requirement gathering, upcoming projects discussions with the onshore/offshore Business Partners for the Testing activities
Analyze, develop, and implement efficient and effective Test Plans/Test Cases/Test Data for the new state specific requirements and enhancements for the application
Test execution for Online/Interfaces/Letters/Extensions/Reports and web services for the application
Conduct the defect triage meetings with all the stake holders and supporting onshore/offshore team with testing, issues and defect resolution
Participate in the Release Gateway meeting, Code, Design reviews and production check outs
Implement QA methodologies, processes using automation tools to develop and execute the new software solutions
Review the test artifacts of the peers to ensure quality delivery
Prepare the MOM's, Status reports, issue logs and defect logs for tracking and follow up
Design, development and implement automated tests in an ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) setting
Write and execute automated tests using Selenium/Java, Cucumber or similar tools
Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelines
Perform reviews of automation solution
Engineer automated test and metric reporting solutions

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?

What skills/attributes are a must have?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Prior experience in Client, part of the UnitedHealth Group family of businesses, applications
Hands-on experience with testing and automating using Selenium/Java
Strong Rally experience
Experience working in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins for executing automated tests and prior Salesforce application testing experience
3-4 years of Automation Framework exposure with CI/CD Implementation knowledge
Prior knowledge Web Services/API Testing
Strong knowledge on SDLC and experience in Agile process
Knowledge in Processing, Subscriber Family, Billing and Providers, Data Model, Core batch jobs and ability to write complex SQL queries
Strong communication collaboration and influencing skills to drive change

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

Background in Agile processes
Working knowledge of Rally
Salesforce testing experience


LOCATION: Eden Prairie. Not open to remote.

What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc)
