Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpreting project briefs and meeting with clients and engineers to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.


• Producing rough sketches and using Inventor software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.


• Plant layout drawings.


• Updating software, drawings, and other documents.


• Ensuring drawings are compliant regulations and project goals.


• Revises drawings based on instructions from engineers.


• Reviews engineering data to ensure compliance with the original design plans.

• Ideally, 5 years experience in mechanical design. Will consider recent BSME graduates.


• Experience - ideally - should include some creation of plant layout drawings.


• Specific experience with Inventor CAD is a MUST-HAVE.
