-Prepare various types of commercial and residential surveys

-Ability to review construction plans for layout and work with engineers on as-builts

-Excellent communication skills

-Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as within a team structure.

Qualifications:

-3+ years of land surveying experience GPS

-Computations and processing Auto CAD/Civil 3D experience

-Experience with Trimble preferred
