The CCHIP Medical Services Project Manager (MSPM) will facilitate and host trainings for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recent PCNs, universal monitoring standards and program standard operating procedures, inclusive of all CCHIP RWHAP funded Core Medical and Supportive Services. They will conduct or arrange for appropriate orientations, in-services, and trainings for all grant funded staff. The MSPM will work alongside the CCHIP Program Director and Project Management Administrator to devise RWHAP guidelines inclusive of program income structures, RWHAP client eligibility and service program standards. Finally, the MSPM will act as the CCHIP lead facilitator for upcoming pre-audit preparation, including annual review components, scopes, RWHAP eligibility compliance. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Create an annual calendar of over 75 trainings that is inclusive of all levels of providers.
Provide leadership for the compilation and compliance of the RWHAP eligibility data
Create and organize training activities and serve as the first point of contact for new hires.
Serve as the lead facilitator for annual audits and compliance visits across all funding.
Create an e-learning platform for managers and staff around scopes, standard operating procedures, and policies that impact service provision.
Maintain a Working Knowledge of Community and Internal program that would enhance their ability to remain current and knowledgeable of services and target populations.
Enhance Professional Development and Maintain an Area of Specialization
Participate in CCHIP Continuous Quality Improvement Efforts
Adhere to CCHIP and Program Specific Policies & Procedures
Provide Excellent Customer Service and Professionals when interacting with clients and internal and external customers.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Minimal Formal Education: Bachelors degree in social services or related field preferred. Bachelors Degree in non-related field and social service experience required.
Minimal Length & Nature of Experience: Three to Five years or more experience working with HIV/AIDS/or any chronically ill target populations preferred. Experience working in a hospital or out-patient setting preferred. Knowledge and experience working with diverse and complex clients required. Microsoft Office Program, Access, and similar data base experience required. Experience with training and facilitation of workshops both electronically and in-person. Comfortable working with high volumes of clients in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Licensure, Certification, Registration Preferred: Licensed or License Eligible in the State of Illinois, LSW or LCSW (If applicable).
Special Knowledge and Skills Required and Preferred: Bilingual preferred. Ability to function autonomously as a worker and as a team member working with a multidisciplinary leadership team, excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Advance organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Knowledge of HIV/AIDS and RWHAP, commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and a culturally sensitive approach to counseling are required. Experience working in primary care medical settings desirable.
