Our drivers love working as a part of our team! We have a long-term contract with a large operator, so while others are slowing down, we have steady work that enables us to offer set schedules!

 

We have three evaluations for pay raise in your first year. We offer $18 to $22/hr to start, our top drivers make up to $25/hr based on experience for full time drivers, two set days off in a row; drivers average 60+ hours per week!

Your daily job duties will consist of arriving at the shop at shift change, receiving your orders for your shift which would be hauling produced water, brine, fresh water, oil based mud, etc. to service the oilfield, and filling out your paperwork and turning it into dispatch at the end of your shift. We are looking for drivers with manual transmission experience, preferably 18 speed.

 

Job Requirements:

 

-Class A or B CDL license with tanker endorsement required

-Current DOT Physical required for road test, but company pays for recert physicals

-At least one year driving experience required

-Ability to shift in 18 speed required

-Transportation to and from the shop every shift.

-Within daily commuting distance to Barnesville OH or Carmichaels PA

-Must have Open availability-Typically everyone starts on night shift but you can be placed on the short wait list for day shift as soon as your first day!

 

-6 months of oilfield experience preferred

-6 months tanker experience preferred

-2 years CDL experience required

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, kneeling, sitting, walking or standing for long periods of time required

-Ability to clearly give and receive verbal and written instructions with dispatch, traffic control, other drivers, managers, truck pushers, and anyone else necessary in order to perform the job functions

-Must pass a drug screen, road test, and driving record review

-Safeland PEC training not required but preferred. We will train the right candidates if you do not have this or equivalent.
