Automotive Technician - Ford

Job Description:

We are currently looking for experienced Ford Automotive Technicians. We are looking for experienced individuals who take pride in providing exceptional services and love repairing all makes and models. We want individuals who are honest, courteous, safe, and are seeking to be a part of a company that is built upon reputation.

As a Ford Motors Certified technicians, Master Technicians, and Senior Master Technicians, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles manufactured by Ford. Your expertise and knowledge of Ford vehicles will be instrumental in delivery high-quality service to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Strong working knowledge of Ford vehicles and their systems.
  • Perform accurate and thorough diagnostics on Ford vehicles.
  • Strong attention to details and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Repair and service vehicles based on manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Identifying and addressing any safety concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Completes service inspections supporting customers requested service while clearly documenting the manufacturer specifications/tolerances, which will support the details when communicating issues to the customer.
  • Communicate technical aspects of repair to customer when asked by salesperson or manager.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance performed accurately.
  • Maintain service department, per company and safety standards, providing a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:


  • Must haveprevious automotive Service Techexperience (Required).
  • ASE Certificationsor equivalent certifications (Required).
  • Ford Certifications (Preferred)
  • Team Player.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Strong Work Ethic (Required).
  • Working with integrity and safety of the customers and our staff always.
  • Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and life up to at least 50lbs. (on occasion weight may exceed 50lbs).
