We have partnered with a technology company in the San Francisco, CA area to provide with a Customer Engineer - BMC Engineer.

Responsibilities of the Customer Engineer - BMC Engineer:
Work closely with management, peers & customers to develop requirements for a BMC product Work closely with UEFI team to ensure interoperability between BMC and UEFI platform firmware Work closely with design & QA teams on UI and usability Assist in powering on new platforms Debug hardware and firmware issues Support bug and security fixes through a product's lifecycle Develop original code and solutions for customization and value-add features Requirements of the Customer Engineer - BMC Engineer:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience with BMC firmware, preferably OpenBMC
- Experience with BMC hardware, AST 2500
- Experience with IPMI and KVM
- Proficiency in C
- Strong debugging skills
- Must work well both with a team and independently
