Overview
As a CG Generalist at Congo Brands, you will produce a wide spectrum of CG content for websites, e-commerce portals, social media posts, ad campaigns, print media and more. Content can range from photo-realistic imagery and animations to stylized concepts. You will collaborate with creatives to create compelling, on-brand content for our various communication channels.
What we need from you
5+ years experience in 3D production; product visualization and animation using 3ds max, VRay and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Work on location in Louisville, Kentucky.
Strong generalist knowledge of all aspects of 3D production - modeling, surfacing, lighting, animation, rendering and compositing.
Collaborate with Creative Directors on creating cutting-edge visual content.
Translate 2D concepts and reference material into high-fidelity 3D assets.
Maintain high standards for accuracy.
General digital content production including, but not limited to, optimization, formatting, naming convention and good data housekeeping.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment where ambiguity and short production schedules are common.
Stay current on all technology & workflows related to 3D production to help develop new capabilities.
Requirements
What you can bring to the table
Working knowledge of real-time look development and experiences.
Experience in fluid simulations.
Strong foundational skills including composition, design, and color theory.
Ability to take and give constructive criticism while maintaining a professional attitude.
Maintain a high level of quality while working with design and deadline constraints.
Can work within company's branding docs to make sure all fonts, colors and brand voice are represented in final work.
Demonstrate a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Workflow & Process experience to streamline production.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently on tasks from concept to delivery.
A desire to work within a team and grow as an artist.
