Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Chartered Accountant to join our team in Bangalore. A leading CA agency headquartered in Delhi with a strong presence across India and overseas, is looking for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and finance. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial advice to the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
3. Perform financial analysis and provide insights to the management team for decision-making.
4. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis.
5. Review and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
6. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
8. Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
9. Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
10. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and liaise with tax authorities when required.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial guidance.
12. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, if applicable.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
3. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of Indian accounting regulations and taxation laws.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or multinational corporation is NOT REQUIRED.
