DAILY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the daily work activities of the Admin IT team through establishing tasks, scheduling work, establishing priorities for the team. Ensures work is being assigned and executed in accordance with Admin priorities, meet security compliance requirements, and customer service standards. Reviews system performance reports, operations, trouble reporting and resolution efforts, and general systems health. Ensures security standards and data protection requirements. Oversees application development and support to meet customer expectations, resolution targets. Acting as a point of escalation for requests and incident Develop processes and procedures to standardize IT function, to include asset inventory, security, and privacy. Manage third party service agreements and maintenance contracts Works with outside vendors and Admin DIS and with Admin staff to implement and maintain a security and privacy program Assists with the implementation and oversees the technology asset management processes for Admin Drives and oversees strategic technology initiatives for Admin. Is a main point of contact for VIP escalations, meeting setup, new user onboarding. Acts on Admin's behalf to assist with shared services improvement by working with Admin OTIS. Responds to surveys, requests and provides feedback for Admin as they relate to vendors and Admin OTIS Completes paperwork, budgeting, planning and provides strategic thought leadership for Admin IT planning. Provides advanced reporting on a routine and ad-hoc basis at the request of Admin divisions and leadership. Assists in the creation of presentations and rationale for IT investments and informs the leadership decision making process. REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 1. Prior experience with tactical and strategic IT experience. Technical oversight of systems and processes in Enterprise organization. 2. Thorough knowledge of multiple technologies to apply best practices to technical landscape 3. Prior experience managing work efforts of IT Department to ensure tasks are completed 4. Ability to communicate with multiple levels of staff 5. Prior experience monitoring systems health of all systems and making recommendations 6. Prior experience planning and managing acquisition/installation of hardware, software, and maintenance agreements. REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in IT related field, or 5+ years relevant experience PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 1. Leadership capabilities preferred 2. Prior experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Assetworks, Fleetwave, Access database preferred 3. Prior experience with Office 365, Sharepoint, One Drive preferred 4.
