Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a long-term care facility in Sutton, NE. This opportunity begins as a 13-week travel assignment and transitions into a permanent, full-time position. Key Responsibilities:
- Initial 13-Week Travel Assignment: Provide compassionate care during the temporary placement.
- Transition to Permanent Role: Upon successful completion, transition to a full-time permanent position at the facility.
- Patient Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of resident living areas.
- Supporting Care Plans: Assist in implementing care plans under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
- Current CNA certification in Nebraska.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is advantageous.
