We are looking for candidates who have experience in large machines, 5 axis and 7 axis. Horizontal boring (HBM) is what they are extremely in need for. G&M codes experience as well. Prefer candidates with experience in heavy metal as that is what we do.

1,2,3 are 8 hour shifts
7:30-3:3:30
3:30-11:30
11:30-7:30

2 and 3rd shift have a 4% shift differential

Weekend shifts are 2 12hour shifts Saturday and Sunday and then an 8 hour shift on Monday or Friday. 32 hours paid for 40 with a 4% shift differential. Training for that shift will be during the week until put on the weekend.

We are currently seeking candidates to fill multiple manual and CNC machining positions at our facility in Barberton, Ohio. Positions will vary based upon availability and business need, but may include CNC lathes, multi-axis CNC HBMs, Vertical Machining Centers, and VTLs.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalency with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant machining experience
Successfully pass all pre-employment processes, including an extensive criminal background check, a physical examination and drug screen, verification of education and work history, and reference checks.
Must be able to recognize problems as programs are running and demonstrate ability to write/edit programs using both G and M coded controls (experience with Siemens and Fanuc controls preferred).
Work to 0.0005 tolerance and microfinish 16 when necessary
Use higher math and engineering theories to work with tooling engineers to devise optimum tooling design and practices
Have experience with grinders, tool setters, jacks, clamps, bolts, shims, jigs, fixtures, angle plates, rules, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gages, levels, protractors, verniers, and light hand tools
Must demonstrate ability to maintain detailed records; must be able to complete process documentation and other production records.
Be able to pass all proficiency testing for the position
Be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship
Must be open and available to working all shifts
