We are looking for CNC operators, typically at all levels.

CNC Level 1 ($16-17.50 HR)

Can perform own inspections using all of the following gauges proficiently: caliper, micrometer, depth micrometer, height stand, profilometer, snap ring gauge, digital bore gauge, rail bore gauge, Hanlo port gauge

Can read, understand, and follow written work instructions, LLT's and related paperwork

1-2 years experience

CNC Level 2 ($17.50-$19.00 HR)

Can read, understand, and follow written work instructions, LLT's and related paperwork

Ability to change inserts on face mills as needed, identify tool wear and when adjustments/ changes need to be made

3-5 years experience

CNC Level 3 ($19.00+ HR)

Can read, understand, and follow written work instructions, LLT's and related paperwork

Ability to change inserts on face mills as needed, identify tool wear and when adjustments/ changes need to be made

Create, edit and/ or retrieve CNC programs from system files & execute

Perform non-CNC equipment operation, hand work operations, inspections, saw-cut operations etc. as needed

5+ years experience.

Requirements

The CNC Machinist will have strong math skills and the ability to work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications to perform operations to the capacity of the machine and controls are also essential.

Proven experience as CNC operator
Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
Good communication abilities
