CNC Shift Supervisors, who have set-up and operated machines, as well as performed supervision duties in a manufacturing company, are needed for full-time, first shift positions. You will be responsible for the compliance, efficiency, and production throughout all heat treatment operations carried out within the facility and for keeping the team running efficiently and safely. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous heat treat and supervisory experience, must be able to set-up and operate machines, must be safety-conscious, must have excellent communication skills, and must have a strong work ethic with no attendance issues. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
