If so, we are looking for customer centric IT engineers that can help our C level executives with their technical support needs. This position requires great communication skills and the ability to digest technical information quickly and turn that into actions to accomplish the goals. We are looking for highly motivated people with can-do attitudes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:? Be the single point of contact for our C-level leaders to address all IT support needs and respond to any issues? Work with the broader IT enterprise organization to ensure technical solutions and implementations meet the needs of our most senior executives? Understand the unique requirements for our executive staff, develop and deliver appropriate solutions to meet those requirements? Work with a world class team of C-Suite engineers to manage the workloads? Establish trust in the organization with the C-level executives and their support staff? Proactively search for new technical solutions to enhance the productivity of the executives? Actively test technical environments to ensure functionalityQualificationsREQUIRED:? Adept at assessing a situation for severity, urgency and responding appropriately? Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues with a wide array of hardware and software in a fast-paced corporate office environment? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills? Capable of learning and understanding new technologies quickly and developing a proficiency that establishes confidence and provides results? Experience working with Mac and PC hardware, operating systems, mobile phones, tablets, peripherals and accessories? Familiar with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Jamf administration? Ability to operate and travel between different sites and locations? Possesses the ability to design, propose, setup and test IT solutions for events, meetings, and varying environments? Ability to read and gauge clients to determine the right amount of needed interaction in a given scenario? Exceptionally responsive and customer service and satisfaction oriented? Flexible with work hours to provide necessary services as neededPREFERRED:? 3+ years of experience in an IT support position working in a large corporate environment? 3+ years working in a role that requires effective interpersonal communication skills? Experience with PC technologies, unified communications and conferencing technologies, both software and hardware? Broad knowledge of networking, storage, and server technologies?
