1.Provide preventive maintenance, calibrations and troubleshooting for all process instrumentation, including flow, pressure, temperature, relative humidity, level, conductivity and pH.

2.Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair PLC systems.

3.Maintain documentation of repairs and calibrations in compliance with cGMP documentation practices.

4.Performs Preventive Maintenance (PM's, Calibrations, and routine maintenance request).

5.Oversee and coordinate site calibration program.

6.Installation and troubleshooting of process instrumentation (flow, pressure, temperature, conductivity).

7.GMP compliant calibration of instrumentation.

8.Maintain traceability and knowledge of calibration certificate.

9.To perform calibration process with proper documentation as per guidelines.

10.Knowledge of Data integrity & process safety.
