Description:

Our client is hiring Customer service representatives for its January training class.

These positions will be tasked with taking inbound calls and making outbound curiosity phone calls to individuals enrolling in its tax project. CSR's will also be asked to respond via emails to customers.

Busy season does not fully start until January. Call volume can be low at times until after the holidays.

Training will be 2 weeks M-F 8:45-5, After training you will convert to to a shift between 12-8:30 m-f with some saturdays being required.

Overtime will be offered.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have previous call center experience. Preferably experience with inbound and outbound phone calls and email/chatting. One to two years of experience is desired. Previous administrative experience is also acceptable. Candidates just need to have to be comfortable doing a call center position. Proper email etiquette is required.

Shift: M-F 12-8:30 with some saturdays. Training will be 8:45-4 the first week or two.
