- This is a contract call center position
- Fielding calls relating to customer questions with account issues
- Assisting in troubleshooting problems with customers online account (Account Transfers, Password Resets, Transactions, etc.)
- M-F shift from 8AM-6PM
Required Skills:
- 6+ months of related customer service experience
- Technical skills associated with basic computer programs
- HS Diploma or equivalent
