Responsibilities
: Manage large amounts of outbound calls.
: Follow communication scripts when speaking to clients.
: Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
: Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
: Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
: Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
: Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Skills
: Experience is a plus but not required in the customer support role.
: Track record of over-achieving quota
: Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
: Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
: Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Call center representative:
Pay Structure is hourly plus commission.
You will receive an hourly rate of $20/hour for each hour worked.
On deals percentage commission:
Commission will be paid once a month in accordance to set payroll schedule. Commission calculation is based on percentage of total sales revenue generated from deals closed within a full calendar month, as a result of leads conversion by individual specialist on top of hourly pay.
Hours of operations:
Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
