Job Descriptions:
Being the First point ofContactfor clients - Answer Telephonecallspolitely, accurately, consistently & with professional Attitude.
Record & Maintain all Customer Support Issues Accurately on CRM.
Allocate Communicate SupportCallsto Field Team & Track them.
Inter Dept. coordination for Spares/AMC issues or other Queries.
Track, Report & Maintain the Status of SupportCalls/Spares.
Maintain Consistent Communication with Field Team.
Escalate Critical Issues to higher Authorities
Assist the Support Manager/ Dept. heads Reports/records.
Work as per the Guidelines /SOPs Set by Company
Required Skills
Basic Computer knowledge is must.
For Male :Candidate should be ready with all shift , Management will decide as per staff rotation and communicate to candidates in prior. ( Morning, Afternoon and night-6AM TO 2PM, 02PM TO 10PM, 10PM TO 6AM )
Good communication skills with command on English language.
Experience:Min 1 years in Back Office, Customer Service(FRESHERS with decent and potential candidature can be considerable)
CTC Range:Rs, 10,000 to Rs, 15,000 per month (Depend on interview performance and experience, NEGOTIABLE for right candidate)
