ResponsibilitiesandDuties-

• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and hands on experience in SEM, Google Analytics, TagManager, CRM software, marketing database, email, and social media.
• Develop and manage the execution of compelling, forward - thinking marketing strategies across Real Estate Domain.
• Oversee and understand multiplecampaignswhile Analytical and strategic mindset from a day to day standpoint.
• Designing and implementing successful digital marketingcampaignson Google, Facebook, YouTube, Quora, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Abilityto run Native Ads on Publisher platforms.
• Evaluate important metrics to increase our website traffic, search words/keywords, and target audience.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketingcampaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Create a pipeline of high-value direct performancecampaigns.
• Monitor delivery results regularly to ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive priorities.
• Work closely with the delivery team to ensure delivery of allcampaignsas per clients requirements.
• Weekly reporting to management.
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends and look for innovative ways to approach new business
