Campaign Manager, End Customer Marketing

Jabra is looking for a highly skilled marketing professional to join their Marketing team. The candidate will focus on campaign management. This position will work closely with internal sales stakeholders and will be an integral part of the North America marketing team. Jabra is positioned as a global leader in intelligent audio and video solutions across North America. You can be based from home or from a Jabra sales location and will be a key part of a global marketing team.

Main responsibilities include:

Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and defend and grow current customers.

Responsible for the execution, monitoring and optimization of campaigns to support each of our business units.

Plan and define multiple marketing campaigns to support the overall NA Sales strategy: content syndication, email marketing, associations, and promotions.

Monitor and analyze performance overall against lead targets and other marketing goals and make continual recommendations for increasing conversion rates and reducing time from lead to opportunity.

Report on marketing activities and performance against agreed upon metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record with campaign management and marketing tactics to include content syndication, targeted display, paid search and social media.
  • Focus on performance marketing and ROI-driven activities.
  • CRM experience a must with knowledge of creating nurture streams.
  • Experience with Outreach and Optimove preferred.
  • Technology industry experience a plus, but not required.
  • Individual Operational Excellence & process discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Financial Analysis and overall business analytics.
  • EXPERIENCE: 6+ years campaign management experience with emphasis on new customer acquisition and ABM with proven results.
  • EDUCATION: Bachelors/ MBA

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $90,000 to $100,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
