Role: Campaign Manager
Location: Anywhere in US (remote with travel)
Duration: Full time
Travel: There is travel about 4-6 times a year for internal meetings and industry events.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in marketing & communications, preferably in a consulting or technology services and outsourcing organization
Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field; MBA a plus.

Job Description:
Development team is looking for a creative Campaign Manager to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee marketing campaigns that support sales across the buyer's journey. Success for this role will be based on developing multi-channel campaigns that provide market coverage and set the stage for one-on-one meetings that have the propensity for large revenue opportunities.
The role involves everything from campaign strategy and tactics, content and creative development, end to end campaign delivery, digital/UX best practices, measurement, and analytics to ensuring ROI.
Project management, communications and organization are critical skills as the candidate will work on multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment with sales teams, multiple marketing stakeholders, campaign teams and external agencies. A deep interest in learning about a market segments, specifically audience personas, industry trends and competition, is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Campaign Management
Collaborate with the sales and solution owners to understand the market, define sales messaging for personas and manage leads
Know your target accounts in terms of volume and frequency of engagement and share account insights with sales
Develop robust campaigns by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to understand sales plays, identify channels, define content needs.
Work with CLIENT' inside sales team to support Outreach campaigns
Ensure each campaign is forward planned and delivered on time
Execute, measure and optimize marketing campaigns for success
Push innovation through digital channels pilots to develop new approaches for enhancing user engagement and experience
Market Development
Understand the key market triggers and how CLIENT can address them
Identify market-relevant channels that key to target personas
Ensure content is market relevant and is accurate, error-free and brand compliant
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in marketing & communications, preferably in a consulting or technology services and outsourcing organization
Proven experience in managing multiple B2B campaigns simultaneously that support the entire buyer journey
Solid experience in defining, executing and optimizing lead generation and nurture campaigns using digital channels
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Outcomes-based driven and Excel mastery for reporting
Good understanding of GDPR and privacy policies in context of list management
Good communicator well-spoken with excellent writing skills
Copywriting and design experience is preferred
Familiarity or experience with marketing applications like Marketo, Demandbase and social media (LinkedIn) and other paid channels to generate opt-ins and build lists
Knowledge of persona marketing, analyst firms, and technology marketing industry trends
Self-starter with a sense of urgency and a strong desire to be part of building something relatively new at CLIENT
Positive attitude and a flexible team-oriented approach to working with others
Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
