Care Manager ALF SNF Experience Required

Our Client is seeking a Care Manager to join their team in Deer Park, TX. This is an employed, outpatient full-time position. This position requires responsibility for providing passionate memory care.
ALF / SNF Experience Required! Please do not apply for this role if you do not have the required experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the facility
- Interface daily with all residents and responsible for the physical, emotional and mental well-being of residents.
- Interface with families, reporting any problems, illnesses, or other concerns.
- Interface with doctors, home-health care, and any other agencies or individuals who have contact with the residents.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all staff members
- Responsible for assuring that all state standards and facility procedures are implemented, followed and updated as required.
- Responsible for assuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents always.
- Responsible for handling all questions and complaints concerning this facility
- Interview prospective residents and provide information to them and their families.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary - $50,000 - $60,000 w/ bonuses
Schedule
- 40 hours week; 8am to 4pm

Requirements - An associate's degree in nursing or health care
- 1 year experience working in a SNF, ALF, or Nursing home
Benefits Base Salary - $50,000 - $60,000 w/ bonuses
