About the Role

We are looking for a Carrier Auditor to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. The Carrier Auditor assists with the companys efforts to provide industry-leading compliant and safe carriers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understands the aspects of safety standard regulations associated with the FMCSA/CVSA
- Maintain knowledge of the following:
- International Registration Plans (IRP)
- International Fuel Tax Association (IFTA)
- State Weight Distance Tax (WDT)
- Highway Use Tax (HUT)
- Establishes clear communication with broker carriers with scheduled BCA audits to evaluate carrier performance
- Follows proactive audit schedules accordingly to fulfil multiple audits in a timely manner
- Recognizes the importance of HSE/DOT regarding contractors and knows how to intervene to stop work
- Knowledge of data entry with emphasis on broker carriers across company internal systems
- Works with internal driver support, in field services, third party vendors regarding broker contractor concerns.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.
- Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years Motor Carrier regulatory Safety and Compliance or related experience and/or training
Compensation: $60-70K
