Carrier Sales Representative



Fetch’s Carrier Sales Representative acts as the main point of contact for moving customer freight. The Carrier Sales Representative negotiates prices, books shipments with carriers and tracks and traces shipments in transit to ensure outstanding service to our customers.



Responsibilities




  • Make phone calls to carriers to determine equipment availability, book shipments and negotiate pricing

  • Prospect and on-board quality carriers to handle a growing volume of shipments.

  • Maintain and grow existing carrier relationships   

  • Resolve issues with carrier partners to meet customer needs

  • Handle inbound calls from carriers and drivers

  • Maintain continuous communication with carriers to ensure outstanding service performance for our customers



 



Requirements




  • Self-motivation and drive

  • Desire to be #1 and make money

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Resourcefulness is key! We are solving complex issues each day at Fetch. We need team players who are curious, ask questions, and are solutions oriented.
