RP is seeking a Case Analyst to support a key RP project

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of professional duties necessary to accurately complete the review process for timely processing
• Excellent attention to detail to perform accurate document reviews by following an established process and SOPs
• Planning, tracking, and reporting on outputs and program deliverables
• Preparing and analyzing information to make a determination about program eligibility
• Watch for and manage risks and issues, take corrective action to rectify

Requirements

Experience:

• Associates degree
• 2-3 years of experience in loan underwriting or equivalent analytical review work
• Excellent attention to detail within document review; escalating as necessary
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Customer service mindset
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
