Case Specialist/Investigator

Job Summary:

Case specialist work closely with supervisors and appointment coordinators to accurately and thoroughly investigate client reported incidents. Tasks involve interacting with clients and compiling documents for client cases.

Nature of Work:

• Immediate confirmation of client appointments (time and location)


• Conduct concise, accurate interviews with clients (15-20-minutes)


• Promptly submit organized interview notes via email
