Our company is looking for a reliable and resourceful individual to fill a full-time Customer Service Associate / Cashier position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, utilizing POS systems and entering purchase data into the computer system. The ideal candidate has proven experience in customer service and is able to communicate clearly to customers about products, including answering any questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders in the ordering system and process customer inquiries.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Input data from cash register and reconcile cash and credit card totals daily.
- Pay attention to detail with repetitive clerical duties.
- Answer multiple customer phone calls at once.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
