As the Beverage Manager, you will oversee the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with all standards and procedures established by the Food and Beverage Director and company health and regulatory standards and procedures.
Casino Beverage Manager responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop the premium beverage service on the casino floor, ensuring our guests receive unparalleled service.
- Interviewing, developing/training, and scheduling of staff.
- Curate innovative drink menus that keep us at the cutting edge of beverage trends.
- Provide dynamic leadership to the team, fostering an environment that encourages top-notch performance and excellent customer service.
- Promote the safe and responsible enjoyment of our beverage offerings among our guests.
- Monitor and manage shift activities
- Interact with guests and resolve any issues
Casino Beverage Manager candidates must possess:
- Previous Casino Beverage experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of current Food and/or Beverage Management experience in FOH operations.
- Extensive knowledge of both classic and emerging trends in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industry
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
- Ability to understand financial reports and apply the information promptly and practically to improve the operation.
- Ability to work in high volume, ever-changing and sometimes loud environment
- Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to speak and write English
